1. உள்நுழையாமல் · Without an account

நீங்கள் தேர்ந்தெடுத்த ஊர் அல்லது இருப்பிடம், மொழி, தோற்றம், உணவுத் திட்டத் தேர்வுகள், பாதை, சேமித்த உணவுகள் — இவை அனைத்தும் உங்கள் சாதனத்தில் மட்டுமே இருக்கும்; எங்களுக்கு அனுப்பப்படுவதில்லை. “என் இருப்பிடம்” என்பதைத் தேர்ந்தால், உங்கள் உலாவி தரும் இருப்பிடம் (ஏறத்தாழ 100 மீட்டருக்குச் சுருக்கப்பட்டு) சூரிய உதயத்தைக் கணக்கிட உங்கள் சாதனத்திலேயே பயன்படும். திருவிழா நாட்களின் பட்டியல் எங்கள் தளத்திலிருந்தே (amudhu.oliyonresearch.com/data/) வருகிறது. அமுதின் பக்கங்களை Amazon Web Services (CloudFront) வழங்குகிறது; பக்கத்தை அனுப்ப அது உங்கள் IP முகவரியைப் பயன்படுத்துகிறது.

The town or location you choose, your language and look, your plan choices, your path and saved dishes stay on your device; they are not sent to us. If you choose “My location”, the location your browser gives (rounded to about 100 metres) is used on your device to work out sunrise. The list of festival days comes from our own site (amudhu.oliyonresearch.com/data/). Amudhu’s pages are delivered by Amazon Web Services (CloudFront), which uses your IP address to send them.

அமுதுக்கு வரும் ஒவ்வொரு கோரிக்கைக்கும் நேரம், உங்கள் IP முகவரி, கேட்ட பக்கம், அளித்த பதில், உங்கள் உலாவியின் அடையாளச் சரம் ஆகியவை பதிவாகும் — உங்கள் குக்கீகள், உள்நுழைவுக் குறியீடுகள் ஒருபோதும் பதிவாவதில்லை. அதோடு, ஒவ்வொரு உள்நுழைவு முயற்சியும் ஒரு பாதுகாப்புப் பதிவேட்டில் எழுதப்படும்: IP முகவரி, Amazon CloudFront கண்ட தோராயமான இடம், வலையமைப்பு, உலாவிச் சரம், பயன்படுத்திய மின்னஞ்சலின் களம் மட்டும் (முகவரி அல்ல), உள்நுழைந்த பின் உங்கள் கணக்கு. தானியங்கி அல்லது தவறான உள்நுழைவு முயற்சிகளைத் தொடர்ந்து அனுப்பும் இணைய முகவரிக்கு உள்நுழைவு மட்டும் 24 மணி நேரம் நிறுத்தப்படும்; அமுது தானே ஒருபோதும் தடுக்கப்படுவதில்லை. இரண்டும் CERT-In 28 ஏப்ரல் 2022 வழிகாட்டுதல்களின்படி மும்பையில் (இந்தியா) 180 நாட்கள் வைக்கப்பட்டுத் தானாக அழிக்கப்படும்; எங்கள் நிர்வாகிகள் மட்டுமே பார்க்க முடியும்.

For every request to Amudhu, the time, your IP address, the page asked for, the answer and your browser’s identification string are logged; never your cookies or sign-in codes. Separately, every sign-in attempt is written to a security log with the IP address, the approximate place and network Amazon CloudFront saw it from, the browser string, only the domain of the e-mail address used (not the address itself) and, once you have signed in, your account. An internet address that keeps sending automated or failed sign-in attempts is paused for sign-in only, for 24 hours; Amudhu itself is never blocked. Both are kept in Mumbai, India, for 180 days, as the CERT-In Directions of 28 April 2022 require, then deleted automatically; only our administrators can see them.

3. வருகை எண்ணிக்கை · Visit counts

To learn which pages and features help people, we count visits with Umami, a tool we run ourselves on our server in Mumbai (insights.oliyonresearch.com). It uses no cookies and keeps no IP address. For each visit it records the pages opened and the time on them, the features used (such as “printed the chart” or “started the path”, and the town chosen from the list), the site that brought you, your country and city, the kind of device, browser and language, and whether you were signed in; never who you are, anything you typed, your health answers or your location. Browsers that ask not to be tracked (Do Not Track, Global Privacy Control) are not counted. These records are deleted after 13 months.

4. கருத்துப் பெட்டி · The suggestion box

கருத்துப் பெட்டியில் நீங்கள் எழுதுவதை (செய்தி, அதன் வகை, எந்தப் பக்கத்திலிருந்து எழுதினீர்கள், மொழி; நீங்கள் கொடுத்தால் பெயரும் மின்னஞ்சலும்; உள்நுழைந்திருந்தால் உங்கள் கணக்கு எண்) அமுதை மேம்படுத்தவும் உங்களுக்குப் பதில் எழுதவும் மட்டுமே வைத்திருக்கிறோம். உங்கள் உடல்நலத் தகவல்களை அதில் எழுத வேண்டாம். ஒவ்வொரு செய்தியும் ஓர் ஆண்டில் தானாக அழியும்; அதற்கு முன் அழிக்க connect@oliyon.in-க்கு எழுதுங்கள். தேவையற்ற செய்திகளைத் தடுக்க, உங்கள் IP முகவரியின் திரும்பப் பெற முடியாத குறியீட்டை ஒரு நாள் மட்டும் வைக்கிறோம்.

What you write in the suggestion box (the message, its kind, the page you wrote from, the language; your name and e-mail if you give them; your account number if you are signed in) is kept only to improve Amudhu and to reply to you. Please do not write your health details in it. Each message is deleted automatically after a year; write to connect@oliyon.in to have it deleted sooner. To keep out junk, we keep only an irreversible code of your IP address, for a day.

5. கணக்குடன் · With an account

கணக்குத் தொடங்கினால் கீழ்க்கண்டவை வைக்கப்படும்:

If you create an account, the following are kept:

• மின்னஞ்சல் முகவரி, பெயர் (நீங்கள் தந்தால்), உள்நுழைந்த முறை (மின்னஞ்சல் குறியீடு அல்லது Google).
  Your e-mail address, your name (if you give one), and how you signed in (an e-mail code or Google).
• ஒப்புதல் பதிவுகள்: எந்த விதிமுறை / அறிவிப்புப் பதிப்பை எப்போது ஏற்றீர்கள், அப்போதைய IP முகவரி — ஒப்புதலுக்குச் சான்றாக.
  Consent records: which version of the terms and this notice you accepted, when, and your IP address at that moment, as proof of consent.
• உங்கள் அமைப்புகள்: ஊர் அல்லது இருப்பிடம் (ஏறத்தாழ 100 மீட்டர்), மொழி, தோற்றம்; உணவுத் திட்டத் தேர்வுகள் (சித்தர் / வள்ளலார் வழி, பால் பொருள், வேளைகள், உங்கள் நாள், உணவு நேரங்கள், வீட்டில் உள்ளவர் எண்ணிக்கை); 144 நாள் பாதையின் தொடக்க நாளும் செய்த நாட்களும்; சேமித்த உணவுகள். உடல்நலப் பதில்கள் இவற்றில் இல்லை.
  Your settings: town or location (to about 100 metres), language and look; your plan choices (the Siddha or Vallalar way, dairy, meal pattern, your kind of day, meal times, how many eat at home); the day you began the 144-day path and the days you ticked; saved dishes. Your health answers are not among them.
• மின்னஞ்சல் நினைவூட்டல்கள் (நீங்கள் இயக்கினால் மட்டும்): அடுத்த நான்கு வாரங்களுக்கு ஒவ்வொரு மின்னஞ்சலின் சொற்கள் (அன்றைய கீரை, உணவுகளின் பெயர்கள், ஒரு சித்தர் வாக்கு), அனுப்ப வேண்டிய நேரம், உங்கள் மொழி, ஊர். உங்கள் சாதனத்தின் பாதுகாப்பு வடிகட்டியால் அவை ஏற்கெனவே வடிகட்டப்பட்டவை; வடிகட்டியின் பதில்கள் அனுப்பப்படுவதில்லை. ஒவ்வொன்றும் அனுப்பிய 3 நாட்களில் தானாக அழியும்; ஒவ்வொரு மின்னஞ்சலிலும் உள்ள “நிறுத்து” இணைப்பு அல்லது அமைப்புகளில் ஒரே தட்டலில் எல்லாம் அழியும்.
  E-mail reminders (only if you turn them on): the words of each e-mail for the next four weeks (the day’s green, the names of dishes, a Siddhar rule), when to send each, your language and town. They are already filtered by the safety filter on your device; the filter’s answers are not sent. Each is deleted automatically 3 days after it is due; the “stop” link in every mail, or one tap in Settings, removes them all.

  Suggestions you send: the text, a link, your name and the time. If you delete your account, they stay with the team without your name.

  Two cookies, for signing in only: amudhu_session keeps you signed in to Amudhu for 30 days, and oliyon_id lets one sign-in work across the Oliyon Research tools on oliyonresearch.com (30 days). There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

They are used only to show your plan on every device, to send reminders, to handle suggestions and to keep the service safe; they are never sold or used for advertising. They are stored with Amazon Web Services in Mumbai, India. Oliyon Research’s administrators access them only to run the service and to look into complaints.

6. உங்கள் உரிமைகள் · Your rights

உங்கள் தரவைப் பார்க்கவும் பதிவிறக்கவும், திருத்தவும், அழிக்கவும் (கணக்கை நீக்குதல்), ஒப்புதலைத் திரும்பப் பெறவும் உங்களுக்கு உரிமை உண்டு. கணக்குப் பக்கத்திலேயே இவற்றைச் செய்யலாம், அல்லது connect@oliyon.in-க்கு எழுதுங்கள்; 30 நாட்களுக்குள் பதிலளிப்போம். திருப்தி இல்லையெனில் இந்தியத் தரவுப் பாதுகாப்பு வாரியத்திடம் முறையிடலாம்.

You can see and download your data, correct it, erase it (delete your account) and withdraw your consent. You can do this on the account page, or write to connect@oliyon.in; we answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

7. குழந்தைகள் · Children

கணக்கு தொடங்க 18 வயது நிறைந்திருக்க வேண்டும். குழந்தைகளுக்காக அமுதைப் பார்க்கும் பெற்றோர் “குழந்தைக்காகப் பார்க்கிறேன்” என்பதைப் பாதுகாப்பு வடிகட்டியில் தேர்வு செய்யுங்கள்; அது விரதம், வேளைக் குறைப்பு, மூலிகைப் பானம் ஆகியவற்றை அணைக்கும்.

You must be 18 or older to create an account. Parents looking at Amudhu for a child should tick “This is for a child” in the safety filter; it turns off fasting, cutting meals and herbal drinks.

8. மாற்றங்கள் · Changes

இந்த அறிவிப்பை மாற்றினால் புதிய பதிப்பை இங்கே வெளியிடுவோம்; தேவைப்படும் இடத்தில் உங்கள் ஒப்புதலை மீண்டும் கேட்போம்.

If we change this notice, we will publish the new version here and ask for your agreement again where needed.
